A temperature monitoring system of corrugated medium based on wireless temperature sensor is designed,combining wireless sensor networks( WSNs )technology,and the system can adapts to complex high temperature production environment,also the system has the advantage of saving space wiring and low cost of production. The system uses RF transceiver CC2530 as the main chip,combining SMTIR9902SIL infrared temperature sensor,collects and transmits temperature datas,the system links to the upper computer by serial port. The system is stable and reliable,and can be applied and promoted to industrial manufacture for possessing the superiority of low cost and good property.
