本文阐述了高职学生工作精细化管理内涵和构建高职学生工作精细化体系的重要意义，以广州康大职业技术学院会计系为例，从系部角度，提出“一心，四化，五要求”的学生工作精细化模式，并在此基础下构建“能力本位、项目驱动、精细化推进”的“六元”系部学生工作精细化体系，通过不断的实践和改进突显高职学生工作精细化的优越性。

This paper expounds the connotation of higher vocational students work fine management and the significance of the construction of higher vocational students work fine system. Taking the Accounting Department of Guangzhou Kangda Vocational Technical College for Example, the student work fine pattern is proposed, and on this basis, the"six elements"department student work fine system is established which is "ability-based, project-driven and fine promotion" to highlight the advantages of higher vocational students work fine system through constant practice and improvement.
