目的:对比可塑纤维桩和预成纤维桩在口腔修复手术中的修复效果.方法:选取2010年7月-2013年7月进行活动义齿修复和固定义齿修复的100例患者,随机等分为两组.研究组采用可塑纤维桩修复,对照组采用预成纤维桩修复,观察两组的修复效果和患者满意度.结果:研究组(97.4%)修复效果好于对照组预成纤维桩修复效果(91.5%),患者满意度显著高于预成纤维桩修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:可塑纤维桩因弹性好、强度高、不变色,适用范围更广,能有效提高生活质量,建议临床中推广应用.

Objective To compare the prefabricated fiber post and plasticity fiber piles in oral cavity repair operation. Methods From July 2010 to July 2013 fixed denture and removable partial denture restoration of 100 patients,randomly divided to two groups.The study group were repaired with plasticity fiber piles,the control group were used prefabricated fiber post restorations,compared the efficiency of the two groups. Results Study group(97.4%)was higher than that of the plastic fiber post in restoration of the control group(91.5%),and the difference of satisfaction rate by patients is statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Plasticity fiber pile due to good elasticity,high strength,do not change color,and applicable range wider,worthy of clinical application and improve the quality of life.
