目的:观察火针治疗睑黄瘤的临床疗效.方法:患者,男,49岁,患双侧睑黄瘤6年,曾行睑黄瘤切除术,术后1年复发,伴有瘢痕结缔组织增生,瘤体于左眼上睑内眦一处,右眼上下睑各一处,共有3处淡黄色斑块,大小8mm×20mm,应用尖头火针焠刺,直至瘤体干缩、坏死,治疗后外涂红霉素软膏.结果:火针治疗后患处痊愈,未遗留明显瘢痕和色素沉着.结论:火针治疗睑黄瘤简便易行,疗效确切,无明显副作用.
목적:관찰화침치료검황류적림상료효.방법:환자,남,49세,환쌍측검황류6년,증행검황류절제술,술후1년복발,반유반흔결체조직증생,류체우좌안상검내자일처,우안상하검각일처,공유3처담황색반괴,대소8mm×20mm,응용첨두화침쉬자,직지류체간축、배사,치료후외도홍매소연고.결과:화침치료후환처전유,미유류명현반흔화색소침착.결론:화침치료검황류간편역행,료효학절,무명현부작용.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of fire needle treatment on xanthe?lasma palpebrarum. Methods A 49-year-old-man presented with a 6-year history of xanthelasma palpebrarum.He had xanthelasma palpebrarum resection,postoperative recurrence after 1 year with scar connective tissue hyperplasia.With a total of three light yellow patches,one in the left eye angu?lar, the right upper and lower eyelid have each one place,the size about 8 mm x 20 mm range.Appli?cation of point fire needle cui thorn,until tumors had drying shrinkage,necrosis, after treatment with erythromycin ointment. Results The curative effect on patients,recoveryand no obvious scars and pigmentation. Conclusion The fire needle treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum is easy,curative ef?fect and no obvious side effects.
