为解决小型冷库能耗高、温度波动大的问题,采用PLC自动控制系统,并对其进行了上、下位机程序设计和制冷性能实验.结果表明:小型冷库制冷系统制冷量与压缩机输入功率随着压缩机频率的升高而增大,而系统性能系数COP随着压缩机频率的升高而降低,但仍高于3.7,表明采用PLC 自动控制运行的小型冷库具有较好的节能特性.采用PLC自动控制策略的小型冷库温度波动±0.3℃,且能够实现无人值守自动运行.

In order to solve problems of the high energy consumption and large temperature fluctuation of cold stor-age, PLC automatic control system is applied to the cold storage, and program of the master and slave computer is designed. Furthermore, the cooling performances are also experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that the cooling capacity and compressor input power are direct ratio with compressor frequency, but the coef-ficient of performance( COP) is reverse with it. The COP is above 3. 7 in different frequency, which indicates that the cold storage with PLC automatic control system has good energy saving character. Furthermore, the temperature fluctuation of cold storage with PLC automatic control strategy is ± 0. 3℃, and the cold storage could complete un-attended operation.
