目的:探讨丙泊酚复合芬太尼在无痛人流口服米索前列醇联合术中B超引导的临床效果。方法:将200例无痛人流患者随机分成观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给予芬太尼0.5~1.0μg/kg,5 min后以丙泊酚2 mg/kg为诱导量,并根据患者情况,按照0.5 mg/kg进行追加。观察组在对照组的基础上于术前1 h口服米索前列醇400μg,联合术中B超引导。结果:观察组总有效率98.0%,明显优于对照组的62.0%(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米索前列醇联合术中B超引导治疗无痛人流明显减少了术中出血量和手术时间。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of oral misoprostol combined with intraoperative B ultrasound guidance in painless artificial abortion with propofol-fentanyl.Methods:200 patients with painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The control group were given 0.5~1.0 μg/kg fentanyl,2 mg/kg propofol as the induced dosage after 5 minutes,and superaddition 0.5 mg/kg according to the patients condition.The observation group were given oral misoprostol 400 μg before surgery 1 hour combined with intraoperative B ultrasound guidance on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate(98.0%) of the observation group was significantly better than 62.0% of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Misoprostol and intraoperative B ultrasound guidance in the treatment of painless artificial abortion significantly reduce the intraoperative blood loss and operation time.
