采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法（IC P‐M S ）对烟草样品中的镉含量进行检测，对主要影响测量不确定度的样品称量、水分含量测定、待测液体积、消解液移取体积、测量的重复性、标准工作溶液、标准工作曲线等因素进行了分析，按照JJF 1059.1‐2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定进行了合成，并得到最终的扩展不确定度ω（Cd）＝（0.6963±0.034）mg／kg。

Cadmium in tobacco samples was measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrome‐try(ICP‐MS).The impacts of major source of measurement uncertainty were discussed. Uncertainty com‐ponents such as sample weighing ,moisture content ,the liquid volume ,the pipette volume of the digestion solution ,measurement repeatability ,the standard work‐solution and the standard working curve were ana‐lyzed and synthesized according to JJF1059.1‐2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measure‐ment ,and the final expanded uncertainty was ω(Cd)= (0.6963 ± 0.034)mg/kg.
