Combining with the mechanism of the spread of infctious diseases,the ordinary differential equations was established by the classification which based on the cadet’s ideolgy status and behavior. Meanwhile, it presented the dynamic process of number change in the students of different compartments.Finally, it discussed the military’s measures in terms of ideology education with the relationships between basic prodution number and parameters.
