教师的教学设计能力的高低制约着教师的教学行为和教学效果。因此教师必须掌握学科教学系统设计的一般方法。本文论述了高校师范生需要掌握的学科教学设计相关知识,分析了高校师范生教学设计能力现状,提出了培养和提高师范生的学科教学设计能力的措施。
教師的教學設計能力的高低製約著教師的教學行為和教學效果。因此教師必鬚掌握學科教學繫統設計的一般方法。本文論述瞭高校師範生需要掌握的學科教學設計相關知識,分析瞭高校師範生教學設計能力現狀,提齣瞭培養和提高師範生的學科教學設計能力的措施。

The discretion of the teachers' teaching design ability restricts the teachers' teaching behavior and teaching effect. So teachers must master the general method of the subject teaching system design. This paper dis-cusses the knowledge of the subject teaching design that the normal university students need to master, and analyzes the current situation of teaching design ability of the normal university students, also raises the proposed measures that fosters and improves the subject teaching design ability of the normal university students.
