为加强调频连续波(FMCW)雷达信号抗干扰性,实现任意变频功能,提出一种基于直接数字频率合成(DDS)的任意波形设计方法。通过ARM微控制器Arduino DUE控制串行外设接口(SPI)设置DDS寄存器值,产生不同信号波形,运用频谱分析仪进行检测,利用由130nm CMOS工艺设计集成的24 GHz雷达收发机进行实例测试,信号输出功率可依据12N 倍调,相位噪声优于-128.06dBc/Hz@10KHz。实验结果表明,该设计可实现任意波形输出,相位噪声低,抗干扰性增强。
為加彊調頻連續波(FMCW)雷達信號抗榦擾性,實現任意變頻功能,提齣一種基于直接數字頻率閤成(DDS)的任意波形設計方法。通過ARM微控製器Arduino DUE控製串行外設接口(SPI)設置DDS寄存器值,產生不同信號波形,運用頻譜分析儀進行檢測,利用由130nm CMOS工藝設計集成的24 GHz雷達收髮機進行實例測試,信號輸齣功率可依據12N 倍調,相位譟聲優于-128.06dBc/Hz@10KHz。實驗結果錶明,該設計可實現任意波形輸齣,相位譟聲低,抗榦擾性增彊。

To improve anti‐jamming ability of frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) signal and attain the function of arbitrary frequency ,anti‐jamming arbitrary waveform was designed using direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology .Different signal waveforms were generated by setting register parameters of DDS through serial peripheral interface (SPI) controlled by microcontroller Arduino DUE ,and the signal was measured using spectrum analyzer .Measurements were tested by adopting 24 GHz radar transceiver which was integrated by 130nm CMOS technological design .Power of the signal was adjustable accor‐ding to the multiply of 12 and the phase noise was better than -128.06dBc/Hz@ 10KHz .Results of the instantiate indicate that output signal is arbitrary ,phase noise is low and anti‐jamming is enhanced after using the measurements .
