生物滤池具有良好的脱氮能力,已应用于高标准的再生水生产。通过 BioWin 数学模拟软件,建立了生物滤池工艺模型并进行了参数修正,进而建立了基于生物滤池的再生水生产全流程工艺模型。模拟优化结果表明,在滤速为8~10 m/h、碳氮比为5.0~5.5的条件下,反硝化生物滤池(DNBF)能够达到最佳运行效果,并且可通过优化污染物负荷在各单元间的分配实现出水水质提升。

Biofilter has been employed in high-quality reclaimed water production due to its satisfying performance on nitrogen removal.BioWin software was used to establish and calibrate the biofilter simulation models. Furthermore, the whole process of secondary and advanced wastewater treatment was simulated and optimized.The results showed that the denitrification biofilter could achieve the best performance with the filtration rate of 8 ~ 1 0 m/h and C/N of 5 .0~ 5 .5 .The effluent quality could be improved by optimizing pollutant load distribution among the treatment units.
