目的:对拔除下颌埋伏第三磨牙牙胚的现有方法进行改进,探讨其临床效果.方法:选择临床需要拔除下颌埋伏第三磨牙牙胚患者60例,随机选择一侧共60颗牙胚,应用45°反角高速手机及专用长裂钻针拔除;1个月后另一侧60颗牙胚采用普通高速涡轮钻拔除.分别记录两种方法拔牙手术时间、术后肿胀、疼痛及张口受限程度.结果:应用45°反角高速手机及专用长裂钻针拔除下颌埋伏第三磨牙牙胚平均手术时间减少9.6 min,术后肿胀、疼痛及张口受限程度明显减轻,均具有统计学差异(P<0.01).结论:使用45°反角高速涡轮手机及专用长裂钻针拔除下颌埋伏第三磨牙牙胚,手术时间短、创伤小,术后反应轻,患者较为满意,值得推广.

목적:대발제하합매복제삼마아아배적현유방법진행개진,탐토기림상효과.방법:선택림상수요발제하합매복제삼마아아배환자60례,수궤선택일측공60과아배,응용45°반각고속수궤급전용장렬찬침발제;1개월후령일측60과아배채용보통고속와륜찬발제.분별기록량충방법발아수술시간、술후종창、동통급장구수한정도.결과:응용45°반각고속수궤급전용장렬찬침발제하합매복제삼마아아배평균수술시간감소9.6 min,술후종창、동통급장구수한정도명현감경,균구유통계학차이(P<0.01).결론:사용45°반각고속와륜수궤급전용장렬찬침발제하합매복제삼마아아배,수술시간단、창상소,술후반응경,환자교위만의,치득추엄.
Objective To investigate clinical effect of the 45 degrees high-speed turbine drill and ordinary high-speed turbine drill in minimally invasive removal of the embedded tooth germ of mandibular embedded third molars. Methods 60 patients with 120 embedded tooth germs of mandibular third molars were selected and divided into two groups randomly.A total of 60 tooth germs of the experimental group were removed by using the 45 degrees high-speed turbine and special long drill needle.A month later,the rest of 60 tooth germs as a control group were removed by using ordinary high-speed turbine drill.The operation time,postoperative swelling,pain and limited open mouth were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results The mean operation time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,so was the postoperative swelling,pain and limited open mouth(P<0.01). Conclusion The tooth germs of mandibular third molars removed by using the 45 degrees high-speed turbine has many advantages such as short operation time,micro-invasion,less pain and fewer complications.It was worthy to be popularized.
