Economic"new normal" and the development of vocational education puts forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching staff. Then there comes the issue of improve the training quality of high level"dual-qualification" vocational education teacher. Tianjin University of technology and education carried out a series of exploration and practice on the training mode of high-level "dual-qualification" vocational education teacher, the training system with reasonable structure and various levels has been built, and the unique training mode has been formed.
