以甲基三乙氧基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷为主要原料,分步滴入氨水溶液中,经水解缩聚反应,制得有机硅光扩散剂。对该产品进行了红外光谱、 SEM表征,以及透光率和雾度测试。结果表明,该光扩散剂外观为粒径约2μm的球形微粒,透光率为54%,雾度94%。

Silicone light scattering agent was prepared by hydrolytic polycondensation with methyltriethox-ysilane, phenyltriethoxysilane in alkaline water solution. The silicone resin was characterized by FTIR, SEM, optical transmittance and haze test. Result showed that the outlook of light scattering agent was about 2 μm spherical particles, light transmittance was 54%, and the haze degree was 94%.
