以107硅橡胶、气相法白炭黑和阻燃剂等为原料,配制成脱酮肟型室温硫化阻燃防污闪涂料。研究了氢氧化铝、十溴二苯醚、硼酸锌对防污闪涂料阻燃性能、力学性能及电性能的影响。结果表明,十溴二苯醚和氢氧化铝对防污闪涂料有一定的阻燃效果,两者配合少量的硼酸锌,可极大地提高防污闪涂料的阻燃效果。当100份107胶硅橡胶、16份气相法白炭黑中加入28份氢氧化铝、7.5份十溴二苯醚、1.5份硼酸锌时,防污闪涂料的垂直燃烧等级达到FV-0级,撕裂强度9.12 kN/m,拉伸强度4.06 MPa,拉断长率368.2%,电气强度23.4 MV/m,满足DL/T 627—2012 RTV-II型涂料的要求。

Ketonic oxime RTV-II flame-retardant anti-pollution flashover coatings were prepared with 107 silicone rubber, fumed silica and flame-retardant as the raw materials. The effects of aluminum hydroxide, de-cabromodiphenyl oxide, zinc borate on the flame retardancy, mechanical and electric properties of anti-pollu-tion flashover coatings was studied. Results indicated that decabromodiphenyl oxide and aluminum hydroxide had flame retardant property on the anti-pollution flashover coating, especially when both of the components was mixed with a small amount of zinc borate, it could greatly improve the flame retardance. When the coating was made by 100 phr of 107 silicone, 28 phr of aluminum hydroxide into 16 phr of fumed silica, 7. 5 phr of decabromodiphenyl oxide, 1. 5 phr of zinc borate, the vertical burning level of anti-pollution flashover coating reached to level FV-0, it could meet with the requirements of DL/T 627—2012 RTV-II coatings.
