以不同乙烯基含量的甲基乙烯基硅橡胶生胶混合物为基础聚合物、沉淀法白炭黑为补强填料、氢氧化铝为阻燃剂,制成了热硫化阻燃硅橡胶。探讨了拼混添加方式(将氢氧化铝和白炭黑分别与生胶混合均匀后再混合在一起)与常规添加方式(白炭黑与生胶混合均匀后加入氢氧化铝)对硫化特性、物理性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:在阻燃剂用量相同的情况下,采用拼混添加方式时,硅橡胶的阻燃性能更好,且其硫化特性、物理性能更稳定。

With different vinyl contents of methyl vinyl silicone rubber as the basic polymer,precipitated silica as the reinforcing filler and aluminum hydroxide as the flame retardant, the heat vulcanization flame re-tardant silicone rubber was prepared. The paper studied the effects on the properties of silicone rubber by blending method ( firstly mixing aluminum hydroxide and fumed silica with raw rubber separately, then mixing both together) and the conventional addition method ( firstly mix fumed silica and raw rubber together, and then adding aluminum hydroxide in it) , and studied its vulcanization characteristics, physical properties and flame retardant properties. Results showed that with the same amount of flame retardant, the flame retardant performance of silicone rubber was better by blending method. It also showed stable curing characteristics and good physical properties.
