目的:探讨色素性痒疹(PP)的临床和病理特点.方法:回顾性分析17例PP患者的临床和组织病理资料.结果:17例患者,其中男3例,女14例,平均24岁,平均病程13个月,皮损为对称分布的网状红斑、丘疹或色素沉着斑.17例皮疹累及胸背部,8例累及颈项部,3例累及肩部,1例累及上肢.所有患者的皮损均伴有明显瘙痒.17例均从红斑、丘疹或色素沉着斑处取组织行病理学检查,符合PP.本组用过多种治疗方法,如口服米诺环素、外用喜辽妥、氢醌霜、维甲酸软膏、他扎罗酊软膏和0.03%普特彼等,但只有口服米诺环素有明显的疗效.结论:PP的诊断主要依靠临床和病理检查,口服米诺环素有明显疗效.

Objective To study the clinical and histopathological features of prurigo pigmentosa(PP). Methods The clinical and histopathological data of 17 patients with PP were analyzed retrospectively. Results Seventeen patients(including 3 men and 14 women)with the clinical and histopathologic diagnosis of PP were retrospectively.The average age at diagnosis and duration was 24 years and 13 months,respectively.The skin lesions were mostly erythematous reticulated papules, plaques and reticulated brownish patches.The lesions were found to involve the trunk in 17 patients, the nape in 8 patients,the shoulder in 3 patients,and the upper extremities in 1 patient.The eruptions were pruritic. Biopsy specimens(17 cases)were taken from the papules, papulovesicles and hyperpigmented macules,and histopathologic examination findings were consistent with PP.A variety of treatments were used,including minocycline as well as topical therapies such as mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream,hydroquinone cream,tretinoin ointment, tazarotene ointment and 0.03% tacrolimus ointment. Conclusion The diagnosis of PP is mainly based on clinical findings and pathological features,most patients responded well to minocycline treatment.
