湖北职业技术学院基于高等教育大众化和高职生源多元化背景下教学柔性化管理需要、武汉城市圈国家教育综合配套改革试验区先行先试、对国家有关职教政策的认识与实践、国内职教专家研究成果试验及国内外先行实践、学校多年来教育教学改革瓶颈问题的突破等原因，对2014届毕业生试水授予“工士”学位，并以“三证四合格”为标准，为我国高等职业教育学位制度的探索开创了先例。

Based on the causes of the flexible teaching management under present situation of popular higher edu-cation and diversified student pools, the early and pilot implementation of National Comprehensive Education Reform Trial Zone of Wuhan City Circle, the understanding and practice of national policies on higher vocational education, re-search results of domestic experts and prior practice of experts aboard, and breaking through some bottleneck issues of education reform in Hubei Polytechnic Institute, we have tried to award graduates of 2014 Associate Bachelor degree, under the requirements of Three Certificates & Four Qualifications, setting a pilot example in researching higher voca-tional education degree system in China.
