目的：探讨脑梗塞偏瘫失语患者实施早期护理干预的临床效果。方法将2013年12月至2014年12月80例脑梗塞偏瘫失语患者，随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组则采取早期护理干预。观察两组治疗总有效率以及日常生活能力与运动功能指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90．0％，明显高于对照组的67．5％（P＜0．05）。观察组日常生活能力和运动功能较干预前和对照组有明显改善（P＜0．05）。结论早期开展临床护理干预有利于促进脑梗塞偏瘫失语患者恢复，巩固治疗效果，改善患者生活质量与运动功能，值得推广。

Objective To investigate the implementation of early nursing intervention infarction hemiplegia aphasia and the clinical results.Methods 80 cases of cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia from December 2013 to December 2014, were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of each group.The control group received usual care, observation group were given early nursing intervention.The total effective and activities of daily living and motor function of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment total effective rate of observation group was 90.0%,significantly higher than the control group 67.5%(P<0.05).The activities of daily living and motor function of observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Early to carry out clinical nursing intervention will promote recovery of patients with cerebral infarction hemiplegia aphasia, consolidate the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life and motor function, worthy of promotion.
