研究目的:在我国新建中低速磁浮运营线的背景下,因中低速磁浮轨道梁较为轻巧,为保证磁浮列车行车安全及舒适性,需对其进行磁浮列车-轨道梁耦合振动分析验证。本文以株洲某厂磁浮试验线20 m 简支梁为工程背景,建立车辆为12个自由度的二系悬挂质量-弹簧-阻尼模型,并考虑轨道不平顺对车桥振动的影响,建立磁浮列车-轨道梁竖向耦合振动分析模型,且编制仿真分析软件 VTBIM,通过仿真值与现场试验实测值的对比,验证所建模型的合理性。研究结论:(1)现场试验测试轨道梁基频、振型及轨道梁跨中动挠度/加速度,轨道梁基频及振型测试结果比仿真值略小;(2)磁浮车辆通过简支梁时,梁跨中竖向挠度/加速度的实测值均略小于仿真值,仿真值随车速的变化规律与实测值规律一致,挠度时程曲线仿真值与实测波形基本一致;(3)研究结果表明本文所建立的中低速磁浮列车-轨道梁竖向耦合振动模型合理,编制的仿真分析软件的计算结果可信;(4)该研究结果可用于中低速磁浮轨道梁设计参考。
研究目的:在我國新建中低速磁浮運營線的揹景下,因中低速磁浮軌道樑較為輕巧,為保證磁浮列車行車安全及舒適性,需對其進行磁浮列車-軌道樑耦閤振動分析驗證。本文以株洲某廠磁浮試驗線20 m 簡支樑為工程揹景,建立車輛為12箇自由度的二繫懸掛質量-彈簧-阻尼模型,併攷慮軌道不平順對車橋振動的影響,建立磁浮列車-軌道樑豎嚮耦閤振動分析模型,且編製倣真分析軟件 VTBIM,通過倣真值與現場試驗實測值的對比,驗證所建模型的閤理性。研究結論:(1)現場試驗測試軌道樑基頻、振型及軌道樑跨中動撓度/加速度,軌道樑基頻及振型測試結果比倣真值略小;(2)磁浮車輛通過簡支樑時,樑跨中豎嚮撓度/加速度的實測值均略小于倣真值,倣真值隨車速的變化規律與實測值規律一緻,撓度時程麯線倣真值與實測波形基本一緻;(3)研究結果錶明本文所建立的中低速磁浮列車-軌道樑豎嚮耦閤振動模型閤理,編製的倣真分析軟件的計算結果可信;(4)該研究結果可用于中低速磁浮軌道樑設計參攷。
연구목적:재아국신건중저속자부운영선적배경하,인중저속자부궤도량교위경교,위보증자부열차행차안전급서괄성,수대기진행자부열차-궤도량우합진동분석험증。본문이주주모엄자부시험선20 m 간지량위공정배경,건립차량위12개자유도적이계현괘질량-탄황-조니모형,병고필궤도불평순대차교진동적영향,건립자부열차-궤도량수향우합진동분석모형,차편제방진분석연건 VTBIM,통과방진치여현장시험실측치적대비,험증소건모형적합이성。연구결론:(1)현장시험측시궤도량기빈、진형급궤도량과중동뇨도/가속도,궤도량기빈급진형측시결과비방진치략소;(2)자부차량통과간지량시,량과중수향뇨도/가속도적실측치균략소우방진치,방진치수차속적변화규률여실측치규률일치,뇨도시정곡선방진치여실측파형기본일치;(3)연구결과표명본문소건립적중저속자부열차-궤도량수향우합진동모형합리,편제적방진분석연건적계산결과가신;(4)해연구결과가용우중저속자부궤도량설계삼고。
Research purposes:In our country under the background of new construction of medium and low speed maglev operation,because the low speed maglev rail beam is relatively light,in order to ensure the safety and comfort,the maglev train -track beam coupling vibration should be analyzed and verified.Based on the engineering background of 20 m simply supported beam of maglev test line in a factory of Zhuzhou,this paper establishes the secondary suspension quality -spring - damper model that vehicle is 12 degrees of freedom,builds maglev trains and track beam vertical coupling vibration analysis model considering the impact of track irregularity,and designs the simulation analysis software VTBIM.Through comparing the simulation value with the measured values,the rationality of the model is verified. Research conclusions:(1 )Test the fundamental frequency,vibration mode and span dynamic deflection /acceleration of the beam,and the fundamental frequency and vibration mode test results are slightly smaller than the simulation values.(2 )When maglev vehicles go through the simply supported beam,the measured values of span dynamic deflection /acceleration of the beam are slightly smaller than the simulation values,the theoretical simulations variation law with the speed is consistent with the measured law,time -history curve of the deflection is consistent with the measured curve.(3)The vertical model of the medium and low speed maglev train - track beam coupling vibration which is built in this paper is reasonable,the result of simulation program in this paper is effective.(4)The result can be applied to medium and low speed maglev track beam design.
