癌性发热是晚期肿瘤的常见临床表现，中医药治疗癌性发热有一定的优势。本文以临床验案为例，介绍运用柴胡芍药汤加减治疗癌性发热的经验体会，临床效用较为显著，以期对传承中医药学术、提高晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量有所裨益。

Cancer-induced fever is a common clinical manifestations of advanced tumors. TCM has a certain advantage of treating cancer-induced fever. In this paper, clinical experience was summarized as an example. Clinical experience for treating cancer-induced fever with the Chaihu Shaoyao decoction was introduced, in order to spread TCM and improve the quality of life of cancer patients.
