目的:研究高血压脑出血患者血内皮素(ET-1)、脑肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及一氧化氮(NO)水平变化及其相关性。方法选择2013年12月~2014年12月来我院治疗脑出血的患者100例,分为单纯脑出血组、高血压脑出血组、每组各50例,同期选择50例健康体验者作为对照组,对三组的ET-1、TNF-α、NO情况进行对比。结果通过调查发现,高血压脑出血组患者的ET-1、TNF-α水平明显高于其他两组,差异显著(P<0.05),高血压脑出血组患者的NO水平明显低于其他两组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论通过本研究可以发现,高血压脑出血、单纯脑出血组的ET-1、TNF-α水平均明显提高,NO水平下降,以高血压脑出血变化更大,由此可以将ET-1、TNF-α、NO水平作为判断高血压脑出血的指标,为临床诊断高血压脑出血提供新的思路。

목적:연구고혈압뇌출혈환자혈내피소(ET-1)、뇌종류배사인자(TNF-α)급일양화담(NO)수평변화급기상관성。방법선택2013년12월~2014년12월래아원치료뇌출혈적환자100례,분위단순뇌출혈조、고혈압뇌출혈조、매조각50례,동기선택50례건강체험자작위대조조,대삼조적ET-1、TNF-α、NO정황진행대비。결과통과조사발현,고혈압뇌출혈조환자적ET-1、TNF-α수평명현고우기타량조,차이현저(P<0.05),고혈압뇌출혈조환자적NO수평명현저우기타량조,차이현저(P<0.05)。결론통과본연구가이발현,고혈압뇌출혈、단순뇌출혈조적ET-1、TNF-α수평균명현제고,NO수평하강,이고혈압뇌출혈변화경대,유차가이장ET-1、TNF-α、NO수평작위판단고혈압뇌출혈적지표,위림상진단고혈압뇌출혈제공신적사로。
Objective To study hypertensive cerebral blood endothelin (ET-1) hemorrhage, brain tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and nitric oxide (NO) levels in their relationship.MethodsFrom December 2013 to December 2014,100 cases of patients in our hospital with intracerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into simple cerebral hemorrhage group and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage group, 50 cases of patients in each group. Select 50 cases of health experience as control group over the same period. Compared the three groups’ ET-1, TNF-α, NO circumstances. Results The survey found that hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage group ET-1, TNF-α levels were significantly higher than the other two groups, the difference was significant (P<0.05), NO levels of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients was significantly lower than the other two group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the study, we can find that cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhage alone group ET-1, TNF-α levels are significantly increased, NO levels decrease, the greater the change in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, so ET-1 , TNF-α, NO levels can be as judged by hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage index, provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage.
