Japanese flounder%broodstock%nutriology%fecundity
比较了野生与养殖褐牙鲆( Paralichthys olivaceus)亲鱼卵、肝脏及肌肉营养学成分及繁殖力,以分析其繁殖阶段的营养需求及繁殖力的差异.结果显示:野生未成熟、野生成熟、普通养殖与维生素A、C、E 营养强化的卵中粗蛋白含量分别为69.95%、74.35%、54.69%和67.30%,粗脂肪含量分别为17.88%、16.32%、19.83%和17.11%,野生亲鱼卵中粗蛋白含量显著高于养殖亲鱼(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量差异不显著(P>0.05).野生未成熟亲鱼肝脏中粗蛋白含量显著高于野生成熟亲鱼和养殖亲鱼(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量显著低于野生成熟亲鱼和养殖亲鱼(P<0.05).野生亲鱼肌肉中粗脂肪含量显著低于养殖亲鱼(P<0.05).野生未成熟、野生成熟、普通养殖和营养强化亲鱼的绝对繁殖力分别为1.88×106、2.40×106、0.68×106和1.38×106(粒),相对繁殖力分别为422、703、349和538(粒/克净体重),野生亲鱼的繁殖力显著高于养殖亲鱼(P<0.05),营养强化显著提高了养殖亲鱼的繁殖力(P<0.05).
比較瞭野生與養殖褐牙鲆( Paralichthys olivaceus)親魚卵、肝髒及肌肉營養學成分及繁殖力,以分析其繁殖階段的營養需求及繁殖力的差異.結果顯示:野生未成熟、野生成熟、普通養殖與維生素A、C、E 營養彊化的卵中粗蛋白含量分彆為69.95%、74.35%、54.69%和67.30%,粗脂肪含量分彆為17.88%、16.32%、19.83%和17.11%,野生親魚卵中粗蛋白含量顯著高于養殖親魚(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量差異不顯著(P>0.05).野生未成熟親魚肝髒中粗蛋白含量顯著高于野生成熟親魚和養殖親魚(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量顯著低于野生成熟親魚和養殖親魚(P<0.05).野生親魚肌肉中粗脂肪含量顯著低于養殖親魚(P<0.05).野生未成熟、野生成熟、普通養殖和營養彊化親魚的絕對繁殖力分彆為1.88×106、2.40×106、0.68×106和1.38×106(粒),相對繁殖力分彆為422、703、349和538(粒/剋淨體重),野生親魚的繁殖力顯著高于養殖親魚(P<0.05),營養彊化顯著提高瞭養殖親魚的繁殖力(P<0.05).

In order to investigate the nutrient requirement of Japanese flounder ( Paralichthys olivaceus ) brood-stock, approximate composition of muscle , liver, eggs, absolute fecundity ( AF) and relative fecundity ( RF) of wild and cultured Japanese flounder broodstock are analyzed .Results show that the crude protein of eggs in imma-ture wild fish, mature wild fish, commonly cultured fish and enriching cultured fish are 69.95%, 74.35%, 54.69%and 67.30%, respectively, while their crude fat are 17.88%, 16.32%, 19.83%and 17.11%, respec-tively.The crude protein of wild fish is significantly higher than that in cultured fish (P<0.05), while the crude fat among them is not different (P>0.05).The crude fat of muscle in wild fish is significantly lower than that in cultured fish ( P<0 .05 ) .The crude protein of liver in immature wild fish is significantly higher than that in mature wild fish and cultured fish .However, the crude fat in immature wild fish is lower than that in mature wild fish and cultured fish (P<0.05).The absolute fecundity of wild immature fish , mature fish, commonly cultured fish and enriching cultured fish are 1.88 ×106, 2.40 ×106, 0.68 ×106 and 1.38 ×106 eggs(P<0.05), respectively, and their relative fecundity are 422, 703, 349 and 538 eggs/g, respectively.The fecundity of wild fish is significantly higher than that in commonly cultured fish (P<0.05).The fecundity is significantly improved through nutrition enrichment (P<0.05).
