慕课是近年来开放教育领域出现的一种新课程模式,给中国传统高等教育与人才培养带来了冲击与挑战。通过分析“慕课”在提供优质资源,提高课堂效率方面的积极影响以及面临的挑战,提出推进微课与“翻转课堂”的应用,倡导自主学习策略,转变教师角色等对策,以优化计算机专业复合型人才培养。

MOOCs is a new curriculum mode in recent years, has brought great impact and challenges to Chi-nese traditional higher education. By analyzing the MOOCs in providing high quality resources, improve the classroom efficiency of the positive impact and the challenge, the strategies were put forward to promote the application of micro class and flipped classroom, such as Advocating autonomous learning strategy, teachers' role change, to optimize the computer professional compound talents.
