目的：探讨尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法：收治输尿管结石患者130例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组做开放性手术，观察组做尿管镜下钬激光碎石术，比较两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组手术时间、手术中出血量、手术后的住院时间和并发症发生率显著低于对照组，手术成功率和第一期取石成功率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：用尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石是一种安全、高效、创伤小、恢复快、可重复的治疗方法。
목적：탐토뇨관경하화격광쇄석술대수뇨관결석적림상료효。방법：수치수뇨관결석환자130례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조주개방성수술，관찰조주뇨관경하화격광쇄석술，비교량조적치료효과。결과：관찰조수술시간、수술중출혈량、수술후적주원시간화병발증발생솔현저저우대조조，수술성공솔화제일기취석성공솔현저고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：용뇨관경하화격광쇄석술치료수뇨관결석시일충안전、고효、창상소、회복쾌、가중복적치료방법。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of holmium laser lithotripsy with catheter for treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods:130 patients with ureteral calculi were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group were treated with open surgery,and the observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy with catheter,then we compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:In the observation group,the operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative hospital stay and complications incidence were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the success rate of the operation and the success rate of stone removal at the first phase were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holmium laser lithotripsy with catheter for treatment of ureteral calculi was a safe,efficient,small trauma,quick recovery and repeatable treatment.
