针对当前城市交通日趋拥堵的现况以及交通参与者无法及时、按需获得目的地方向的交通路况信息的问题,运用基于视频传感器感知、云计算处理和移动通信终端显现等技术,采用视频压缩算法、线性参照、动态分段算法和手机APP客户端软件编程等方法,通过手机、iPad等移动终端,为交通参与者提供以交通路况视频直播为核心的交通出行信息及追踪和查询服务。并以“和交通”手机端查询交通信息应用软件为例,介绍了交通参与者获取交通信息的方式和设计方法,以规避拥堵路段,快捷出行。

Urban traffic congestion becomes increasingly severe, while traffic participant cannot acquire traffic information timely and on demand. In view of these situations above, based on video sensor, cloud computing and mobile communication terminal display technique, video compression algorithm, linear reference and dynamic segmentation algorithm and mobile phone APP client software programming were used to provide the track and inquiry of traffic information by broadcasting traffic condition live video to traffic participant. Focusing on application software of traffic information inquiry on mobile phone, the way and designing method to acquire traffic information for traffic participant were introduced to evade congested road and facilitate transportation.
