目的：了解糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的生存质量及其影响因素，为提高患者的生存质量提供依据。方法：应用肾脏特异性量表（KDQOL - SF）对62例 DN 血透患者进行问卷调查，并对其结果进行分析。结果：DN 血透患者生存质量较差，但其中心理健康状况要好于生理健康状况（P ﹤0．05），年龄与透析充分性均能影响患者的生存质量。结论：应针对影响 DN 血透患者的生存质量主要因素，采取措施帮助患者提高其生存质量。
목적：료해당뇨병신병혈액투석환자적생존질량급기영향인소，위제고환자적생존질량제공의거。방법：응용신장특이성량표（KDQOL - SF）대62례 DN 혈투환자진행문권조사，병대기결과진행분석。결과：DN 혈투환자생존질량교차，단기중심리건강상황요호우생리건강상황（P ﹤0．05），년령여투석충분성균능영향환자적생존질량。결론：응침대영향 DN 혈투환자적생존질량주요인소，채취조시방조환자제고기생존질량。
Objective:To investigate the quality of life and its related factors of patients with hemodialysis of diabetic ne-phropathy,and in order to provide the theoretical basis for the quality of life. Methods:Application of kidney specific scale(KDQOL- SF)of 62 cases with hemodialysis of diabetic nephropathy were investigated,and then the results were analyzed. Results:Hemodi-alysis of diabetic nephropathy patients with a poor quality of survival,but the status of mental health is better than the physical health status(P ﹤ 0. 05),age and dialysis adequacy can influence the life quality of the patients. Conclusion:We should be aimed at the main factors affecting the quality of life in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy,and to take measures to help the patients to improve their quality of life.
