目的：：探讨氨溴索治疗老年社区获得性肺炎的临床价值。方法：选取64例老年社区获得性肺炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在其基础上给予氨溴索治疗，观察两组疗效、症状消失和不良反应情况。结果：观察组疗效明显优于对照，患者症状消失时间少于对照组(P <0.05)；两组不良反应发生率无较大差异(P >0.05)。结论：氨溴索治疗老年社区获得性肺炎疗效确切，安全可靠，具有临床应用推广价值。
목적：：탐토안추색치료노년사구획득성폐염적림상개치。방법：선취64례노년사구획득성폐염환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재기기출상급여안추색치료，관찰량조료효、증상소실화불량반응정황。결과：관찰조료효명현우우대조，환자증상소실시간소우대조조(P <0.05)；량조불량반응발생솔무교대차이(P >0.05)。결론：안추색치료노년사구획득성폐염료효학절，안전가고，구유림상응용추엄개치。
Objective:To study the clinical value of ambroxol to the treatment of aged patients with com-munity-acquired pneumonia.Methods:Select 64 elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia and randomly divided them into observation group and the control group,the control group received conventional treatment,observation group were added with ambroxol on the basis of conventional treatment,observe the curative effect,the disappearance of symptoms and adverse reaction in both group.Results:The effect in ob-servation group is obviously batter than that of the control group,to compare with control group,symptoms in observation disappeared in shorter time (P <0.05),there was no obvious difference in the occurrence of adverse reaction (P >0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat aged patients with community-acquired pneu-monia with ambroxol,it is safe and reliable,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
