通过粒径分析,对比了经过偶联剂处理的纳米ZnO颗粒的高速剪切、超声分散法与研磨分散法的分散效果。结果表明,高速剪切、超声分散法在纳米ZnO颗粒分散方面虽有作用,但不能完全均匀分散,而利用适当的工艺,研磨分散法能够把纳米ZnO颗粒均匀分散到溶液中,并且利用这种分散方法和特定的工艺制备出纳米ZnO颗粒分散良好的环氧纳米复合材料。
通過粒徑分析,對比瞭經過偶聯劑處理的納米ZnO顆粒的高速剪切、超聲分散法與研磨分散法的分散效果。結果錶明,高速剪切、超聲分散法在納米ZnO顆粒分散方麵雖有作用,但不能完全均勻分散,而利用適噹的工藝,研磨分散法能夠把納米ZnO顆粒均勻分散到溶液中,併且利用這種分散方法和特定的工藝製備齣納米ZnO顆粒分散良好的環氧納米複閤材料。
통과립경분석,대비료경과우련제처리적납미ZnO과립적고속전절、초성분산법여연마분산법적분산효과。결과표명,고속전절、초성분산법재납미ZnO과립분산방면수유작용,단불능완전균균분산,이이용괄당적공예,연마분산법능구파납미ZnO과립균균분산도용액중,병차이용저충분산방법화특정적공예제비출납미ZnO과립분산량호적배양납미복합재료。
Through particle size analysis,the dispersion effects of the nano ZnO particles treated by the coupling agent with the high speed shear combined with the ultrasonic method and the grinding method were compared. The results show that the high speed shear combined with the ultrasonic method can not completely disperse nano ZnO paticles although having limited effect in the dispersion. However,with a suitable process,the grinding method can disperse nano ZnO paticles well to the solution. In addition, with this dispersion method and specific process,the nano ZnO particles well dispersed epoxy nanocomposites were produced.
