“问题意识”在高校思想政治理论课教学中愈来愈被重视，它强调的是学生在思想政治理论学习中的主体性和主动性，但“问题意识”的缺失却限制了这一点，因此必须从多个方面构建“问题意识”。主要包括以下三个方面：教育者要转变旧有的教育理念和教学方法充分重视“问题意识”的培养，再就是有意识的转变僵化的师生伦理关系和建立起多元化评价体系。
