传统的分组域数据业务停机方式通过在HSS中关闭2G/3G/4G分组域签约数据从而达到停机目的,但客户缴费后必须重启手机才能使用,非常影响客户感知。经测试发现,通过对HSS停复机指令的优化、对EPC核心网停机模式的改变以及停机引导页面的优化,可以达到更好的停机效果,并且经过现网部署后,客户投诉方面也有明显的改善。

Traditional suspension mode of packet domain data service is achieved by closing the 2G/3G/4G packet domain subscription data in HSS. However, subscriber has to restart phone to reopen service after payment. It severely affects customer’s perception. Tests demonstrated that the optimizations of HSS suspension and resumption instructions, EPC core network suspension mode and suspension guide page can achieve better suspension effect. After deployment in existing network, the number of customers’ complaints was obviously reduced.
