为了提高超声波流量测量的精度,分析了影响测量精度的因素,对温度、流速和管道内置反射片所造成的测量误差进行了分析,提出了具体的误差修正补偿方法。实验表明:对上述影响因素产生的误差进行补偿与修正后,能够有效减小测量误差,提高测量精度。

In order to improve precision of ultrasonic wave flow measurement,factors which affect measurement precision are analyzed,and measurement error caused by temperature,current speed and built-in reflector plate is analyzed,and the concrete error compensation method is proposed. Experiment shows that it is valid to reduce measurement error and improve measurement precision after the error caused by above influencing factors are compensated and revised.
