以白术（Atractylodes macrocephala）种子为实验材料，研究了不同消毒条件对白术种子萌发的影响。结果表明：随着NaClO浓度的增加，杀菌效果越来越好，但发芽率却越来越低。就本实验而言，先把白术种子在流水下冲2h，剥去种皮，再在流水下冲1h，之后用75%的酒精浸泡30s，最后用10%的NaClO溶液浸泡15min，效果最好。对于白术幼苗生长的影响，还有待于进一步的研究和总结。

Taking Atractylodes macrocephala seeds as experimental materials,the thesis studied the effects of differ?ent sterilization conditions on germination of Atractylodes macrocephala seeds. The experimental results show that:with the increasing of NaClO concentration,bactericidal effect is better,but the germination rate is lower. Therefore, in this experiment,firstly rinse the Atractylodes macrocephala seeds under running water for 2 hours,stripped off the seed coat,and then rinse them under running water for another 1 hour,then soak for 30 seconds with 75%alcohol, immersed in 10%NaClO solution for 15 mins,In this case,the effect is the best.The influence on Atractylodes macro?cephala seedlings growth still needs further study and conclusion.
