目的:应用湿性愈合治疗低温烫伤创面,并对患者实施健康指导观察其疗效.方法:对26例低温烫伤创面,应用湿性愈合理论,逐步实施清创、控制感染,并对患者给予个性化健康指导,创造有利于伤口愈合的最佳环境.结果:26例中,愈合时间21~30d者5例;31~70d者13例;71~125d者8例.通过各种通信手段于术后进行回访,出现色素沉着19例、浅表性瘢痕5例、增生性瘢痕1例,患者对治疗效果基本满意.结论:低温烫伤创面应用湿性治疗方法并给与个性化健康指导,效果满意,在临床中值得借鉴.
目的:應用濕性愈閤治療低溫燙傷創麵,併對患者實施健康指導觀察其療效.方法:對26例低溫燙傷創麵,應用濕性愈閤理論,逐步實施清創、控製感染,併對患者給予箇性化健康指導,創造有利于傷口愈閤的最佳環境.結果:26例中,愈閤時間21~30d者5例;31~70d者13例;71~125d者8例.通過各種通信手段于術後進行迴訪,齣現色素沉著19例、淺錶性瘢痕5例、增生性瘢痕1例,患者對治療效果基本滿意.結論:低溫燙傷創麵應用濕性治療方法併給與箇性化健康指導,效果滿意,在臨床中值得藉鑒.
목적:응용습성유합치료저온탕상창면,병대환자실시건강지도관찰기료효.방법:대26례저온탕상창면,응용습성유합이론,축보실시청창、공제감염,병대환자급여개성화건강지도,창조유리우상구유합적최가배경.결과:26례중,유합시간21~30d자5례;31~70d자13례;71~125d자8례.통과각충통신수단우술후진행회방,출현색소침착19례、천표성반흔5례、증생성반흔1례,환자대치료효과기본만의.결론:저온탕상창면응용습성치료방법병급여개성화건강지도,효과만의,재림상중치득차감.
Objective To observe the effect of wet healing in treating low temperature burns and the therapeutic effect of the patients. Methods Application of moist healing theory in 26 cases of low temperature scald wound,and gradually implement the debridement,control of infection,and the patients with individualized health guidance,to create the best environment for wound healing. Results The healing time of all patients was from 21 to 30 days,5 patients was 31 to 70 days,13 patients was 71 to 125 days.Respectively,followed up in 7 days,30 days,90 days.19 cases of patients with pigmentation,5 cases of patients with superficial scar,1 cases of patients with hypertrophic scar. Conclusion The method of wet treatment and individualized health guidance were used in the treatment of low temperature burn wounds,the effect is satisfactory.
