我国高校人事管理体制的改革正逐步向现代人力资源管理的模式迈进,中层干部是高校建设发展的中坚力量,进一步完善中层干部考核体系,对于提升干部素质具有重要意义。绩效考核作为高校中层干部考核的重要一环,对于加快干部制度改革步伐,提高干部管理水平,促进高校的各项管理工作高效运转具有重要影响。

Reform of the personnel management system in colleges and universities are gradually close to the mode of modern human resources management. Middle-level cadres are the backbone on the construction and devel-opment of colleges and universities. To improve the assessment system of middle-level cadre is beneficial for the quality of middle-cadres. Performance assessment, as one of the most important parts of the assessment of middle-level cadres, will speed up the reform of the cadre system, and promote the efficient operation of the management work of colleges and universities.
