本文首先从消防部队继续教育的现状出发，指出了当前教育过程中存在的问题，接着介绍了MOOC和SPOC的发展和优势，分析了利用SPOC平台改进消防部队继续教育工作的可行性，最后结合部队教育实际，从师资培训、课程开发、平台建设、评价体系等方面提出建设意见。

This paper, firstly from the present situation of fire fighting forces continuing education, points out the current problems existing in the education process, introduces the development and advantage of the MOOC and SPOC, and then analyzes the feasibility of using SPOC platform to improve fire fighting forces continuing education. At last, According to the actual of fire fighting forces, the paper puts forward the opinion about the teacher training, curriculum development, platform construction, evaluation system, etc.
