气相色谱技术是一门具有高选择性、高分离效能、高灵敏度的分离分析技术,如何应用气相色谱技术更有效地检测白酒的特征成分并与风格特点相对应有着重要的意义。运用气相色谱技术对衡水老白干香型原酒的常规微量成分进行定量分析,并结合相关研究,从微量成分角度分析衡水老白干的风格特点。

Gas chromatography is an analytic technology with the features including high selectivity, high separation efficiency, and high sensi-tivity. The appropriate use of GC for effective detection of liquor characteristic components and its corresponding styles is of great significance in practice. In this study, GC was adopted in quantitative analysis of routine trace components of Laobaigan-flavor base liquor, and the relations between the trace components and the styles, and characteristics of Laobaigan liquor were analyzed from the perspective of trace components.
