为了适合当前形势的发展，高职院校必需要提升档案管理水平。伴随经济社会的不断进步，高职院校也迎来了新一轮的发展，教育质量、教学水平、人才培养等都有了一定程度的提升。但是，也面临了不少的问题，档案管理的保密性就是其中之一。本文主要分析了当前阶段高职院校在档案管理保密工作所面对的问题，同时提出相应的解决办法。

In order to meet the development of the current situation, higher vocational colleges must enhance the management level of archives. With the economic and social progress,higher vocational colleges also usher in a new round of development.The quality of education, teaching level, personnel training and and others have a certain de-gree of improvement. However, among the many problems, confidentiality of archives management is one of them. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation that higher vocational colleges face in the confidentiality of archives management, and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
