污水处理厂管道的施工质量决定了投入运营后管道的日常维护。为了优化污水处理厂厂区污水管道的施工，以提高污水管道的施工质量，以郑州市南三环污水处理厂厂区污水管道施工为例，进行了污水管道的布设、施工工艺、施工方案、明挖深基坑施工防护等方面的研究，分析了施工过程中出现的常见问题及采取的措施。结果表明：在明挖深基坑管道施工过程中，采取踏勘施工现场、合理确定工艺流程、及早采取防护措施等，对污水处理厂厂区管网施工有着重要的意义。

Construction quality of sewer line of municipal sewage plant determines the routine maintenance after being put into operation.In order to optimize sewer line construction of sewage plant and improve the construction quality,this paper,taking sewer line construction of Zhengzhou Nansanhhuan Sewage Plant as an example,carries out studies on pipeline layout,construction technology,construction scheme and con-struction protection of open cutting deep foundation pit,and analyzes the common problems as well as countermeasures.Results show that during construction process of open cutting deep foundation pit pipe-line,it is important to survey construction site,determine technological process reasonably,adopt protec-tion measures as soon as possible for sewer line construction of sewage plant.
