审视当前学校文化建设研究与实践，虽呈现“繁荣”景象，但仍有一些基本问题不得不引人深思。一是“学校文化”界定问题，须辨明“学校文化”与“校园文化”的实质区别，阐明学校文化的本质所指；二是“学校文化资源”的定位问题，须正确认知学校文化资源特质；三是学校文化价值问题，须把握学校文化价值的根本在于育人；四是当前学校文化缺失问题，审视现代学校文化，其最大缺失即是逐渐脱离了“教育本质”；五是学校文化建设的逻辑问题，须明确学生与教师的共生发展既是逻辑起点也是逻辑归宿，学校文化问题与学校文化历史是学校文化建设的基础，学校文化建设主体是学校主体而非其他。
