目的:探讨Yes相关蛋白(YAP)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况及其与p53表达的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法对29例高分化、19例中分化、12例低分化口腔鳞状细胞癌组织及10例正常口腔黏膜组织的YAP及p53蛋白表达情况进行检测。结果与正常口腔黏膜组织(20.0%)相比,YAP在口腔鳞状细胞癌(83.3%)中的表达明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。YAP的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌的年龄、性别、发病部位、淋巴结转移等临床病理特征无关(P>0.05)。p53在口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性率为71.7%(43/60)。口腔鳞癌中YAP与p53的表达呈正相关(r=0.343,P<0.05)。结论 YAP在口腔鳞状细胞癌中表达明显增高,且与p53表达相关,二者共同参与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展。

Objective To investigate the expression of Yes-associated protein (YAP) in oral squamous cell car-cinoma (OSCC) and its correlation with p53 expression. Methods Using immunohistochemistry to determine the YAP and p53 protein expression in 29 high differentiated, 19 moderate differentiated, and 12 low differentiated OSCC tis-sues and 10 normal oral mucosa tissues. Results YAP expression was significantly increased in OSCC (83.3%), which was higher than that in the normal oral mucosa (20.0%), with statistically significant difference ( P<0.05). There were no differences between the YAP expression and the clinical and pathological characteristics of OSCC, including age, gender, disease location, lymph node metastasis (P>0.05). The positive rate of p53 in OSCC tissues was 71.7%(43/60). The expression of YAP and p53 was positively correlated in OSCC (r=0.343, P<0.05). Conclusion YAP ex-pression is significantly increased in OCSS and correlated with p53 expression. Both of YAP and p53 participate in the occurrence and development of OSCC.
