目的：评价巴里坤哈萨克自治县“十二五”目标完成情况。方法采取资料查阅评估与现场考核相结合的方式对政府领导、部门协作和加强对于碘缺乏病防治监测的重视和防治措施落实情况。结果经综合评估达到“十二五”《规划》目标。结论巴里坤哈萨克自治县完成“十二五”规划，达到持续消除碘缺乏病目标。
