目的：：探究分析对肝内外胆管结石患者采取二次手术进行治疗的临床效果，并分析其临床特点。方法：选取某院2011年3月~2013年4月接收治疗的66例肝内外胆管结石患者作为临床研究对象，所有患者均给予二次手术治疗，观察其治疗效果。结果：治愈42例，占63.6%；有效22例，占33.3%；无效2例，占3.1%；治疗总有效率为96.9%。术后出现2例并发症，并发症发生率为3.1%，经对症治疗后均痊愈出院。结论：对肝内外胆管结石患者采取二次手术治疗时，要选择合适的手术时机，制定合理的手术方案，进而降低结石复发率，提高手术治疗成功率。
목적：：탐구분석대간내외담관결석환자채취이차수술진행치료적림상효과，병분석기림상특점。방법：선취모원2011년3월~2013년4월접수치료적66례간내외담관결석환자작위림상연구대상，소유환자균급여이차수술치료，관찰기치료효과。결과：치유42례，점63.6%；유효22례，점33.3%；무효2례，점3.1%；치료총유효솔위96.9%。술후출현2례병발증，병발증발생솔위3.1%，경대증치료후균전유출원。결론：대간내외담관결석환자채취이차수술치료시，요선택합괄적수술시궤，제정합리적수술방안，진이강저결석복발솔，제고수술치료성공솔。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical features and effect of secondary on calculus of in-trahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct.Methods:Select 66 patients with calculus of intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct received in our hospital during the period from March 201 1 to April 2013 as clinical research object, all the patients received secondary operation,observe the therapeutic effect .Results:42 cases were healed, which accounted for 63.6% ;and it was found effective to 22 cases,which accounted for33.3%;and it was found in vain in 2 cases ,which accounted for 3.1%;the total effective rate was 96.9%.2 cases suffered com-plications after operation,the complication rate was 3.1%,after symptomatic treatment,all were healed and left.Conclusion:It is necessary to select right time and grasp proper opportunity ,determine rational opera-tion scheme ,so as to lower the recurrence rate of calculus and improve the success rate of surgical treatment.
