目的：探讨低分子肝素治疗不稳定性心绞痛合并糖尿病的疗效。方法：收治不稳定性心绞痛合并糖尿病患者64例，随机分为观察组和对照组各32例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素，比较两组治疗效果。结果：在观察组，心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、硝酸甘油使用量和硝酸甘油减停率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：低分子肝素用于治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并糖尿病患者，可降低心绞痛发作次数和发作时间，改善心肌血供状况，提高治疗效果。

목적：탐토저분자간소치료불은정성심교통합병당뇨병적료효。방법：수치불은정성심교통합병당뇨병환자64례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각32례。대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재상규치료기출상가용저분자간소，비교량조치료효과。결과：재관찰조，심교통발작차수、지속시간、초산감유사용량화초산감유감정솔명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：저분자간소용우치료불은정형심교통합병당뇨병환자，가강저심교통발작차수화발작시간，개선심기혈공상황，제고치료효과。
Objective:To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of unstable angina complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:64 patients with unstable angina complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the observation group were given low molecular heparin on the basis of the conventional treatment,then we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the number of angina attacks,the duration of the duration,the amount of nitroglycerin used and the rate of nitroglycerin reduction were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin was used in the treatment of unstable angina with diabetes.It can reduce the number of angina attacks and attack time,and improve myocardial blood supply and the treatment effect.
