随着教育体制改革的逐步深入，我国高等院校学生管理工作也面临着一系列管理问题。学生管理工作的效果，不仅影响着高校管理水平的提升，也影响着学生一生的发展。在新的时期，以管理和服务为宗旨，以学生成长成才为目标，积极探索学生管理工作的有效途径，对于提高学生综合素质，促进学生全面发展具有重要意义。
隨著教育體製改革的逐步深入，我國高等院校學生管理工作也麵臨著一繫列管理問題。學生管理工作的效果，不僅影響著高校管理水平的提升，也影響著學生一生的髮展。在新的時期，以管理和服務為宗旨，以學生成長成纔為目標，積極探索學生管理工作的有效途徑，對于提高學生綜閤素質，促進學生全麵髮展具有重要意義。
수착교육체제개혁적축보심입，아국고등원교학생관리공작야면림착일계렬관리문제。학생관리공작적효과，불부영향착고교관리수평적제승，야영향착학생일생적발전。재신적시기，이관리화복무위종지，이학생성장성재위목표，적겁탐색학생관리공작적유효도경，대우제고학생종합소질，촉진학생전면발전구유중요의의。
With the gradual deepening of the reform of the education system, the management of students in colleges and universities is facing a series of management problems. The effect of student management work not only affects the improvement of the management level, but also influences the development of students' life. In the new period, with management and service as the purpose, students’ growth and success as the goal, this article actively explores effective ways of students management work, trying to improve the comprehensive quality of students and promote students all-round development.
