目的：探讨全视网膜光凝治疗重度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法：收治非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者60例，共102眼。所有患者均控制血糖，空腹血糖控制在≤8.80 mmol/L，将血压控制在正常水平，均采用全视网膜光凝治疗。结果：60例患者治疗前后视力、视网膜微血管病变程度评分、黄斑水肿程度评分、视网膜总循环时间、视网膜毛细血管无灌注区范围、视网膜毛细血管渗漏范围变化比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；102眼经过治疗后总有效率93.1%。结论：全视网膜光凝治疗重度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变疗效显著。
목적：탐토전시망막광응치료중도비증식성당뇨병시망막병변적림상효과。방법：수치비증식성당뇨병시망막병변환자60례，공102안。소유환자균공제혈당，공복혈당공제재≤8.80 mmol/L，장혈압공제재정상수평，균채용전시망막광응치료。결과：60례환자치료전후시력、시망막미혈관병변정도평분、황반수종정도평분、시망막총순배시간、시망막모세혈관무관주구범위、시망막모세혈관삼루범위변화비교，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；102안경과치료후총유효솔93.1%。결론：전시망막광응치료중도비증식성당뇨병시망막병변료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of severe non proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods:60 patients with non proliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected.They had a total of 102 eyes.All patients were controlled blood glucose;the fasting blood glucose was controlled in less than or equal to 8.80 mmol/L;the blood pressure was controlled in normal level.All patients were treated with panretinal photocoagulation.Results:The visual acuity, retinal microvascular lesion degree score,macular edema degree score,retinal total circulation time,retinal capillary non perfusion area and retinal capillary leakage range change of 60 patients were compared before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significants(P<0.05).After the treatment of 102 eyes,the total effective rate was 93.1%.Conclusion:The panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of severe non proliferative diabetic retinopathy has significant curative effect.
