目的：：分析心脏彩超在心肌梗死中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析某院50例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料，将50例心肌梗死患者作为观察组，并选取同时期来我院体检中心体检的50名健康者为对照组，均进行心脏彩超检查，比较两组研究对象左心室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积和左心室射血分数情况。结果：经心脏彩超检查结果显示，观察组患者左心室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积均高于对照组(P <0.05)，左心室射血分数低于对照组(P <0.05)，组间经对比，差异有统计学意义。结论：心脏彩超在心肌梗死中具有中的临床应用价值，可明确显示心肌梗死患者的病理改变，准确率高，值得在临床上推广。
목적：：분석심장채초재심기경사중적림상응용개치。방법：회고성분석모원50례급성심기경사환자적림상자료，장50례심기경사환자작위관찰조，병선취동시기래아원체검중심체검적50명건강자위대조조，균진행심장채초검사，비교량조연구대상좌심실서장말기용적、수축말기용적화좌심실사혈분수정황。결과：경심장채초검사결과현시，관찰조환자좌심실서장말기용적、수축말기용적균고우대조조(P <0.05)，좌심실사혈분수저우대조조(P <0.05)，조간경대비，차이유통계학의의。결론：심장채초재심기경사중구유중적림상응용개치，가명학현시심기경사환자적병리개변，준학솔고，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of echocardiography in myocardial infarc-tion.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 50 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarc-tion,50 cases of myocardial infarction patients as the observation group,and select the same period in 50 healthy persons in some hospital physical examination center as control group,were performed heart color ultrasound examination,compared two groups of left ventricular end diastolic volume shrinkage,research object end diastolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction.Results:The results showed by color Doppler ultrasound examination of the heart,the observation group patients with left ventricular end diastolic vol-ume,end systolic volume was higher than that of control group (P <0.05),left ventricular ejection fraction was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05),by contrast,the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion:Echocardiography in myocardial infarction has the clinical value,can clearly display the pathologi-cal changes of myocardial infarction patients,high accuracy rate,worthy of clinical popularization.
