根据复杂筒状零件的功能要求与结构特性,设计了该产品的侧抽芯注塑成型模具。模具采用两板式结构,一模一腔,中心轮辐式直浇口进胶的浇注形式。为实现多方位抽芯,外侧抽芯采用液压动滑块,动模侧孔抽芯采用斜顶机构。采用动、定模均匀圆周布局冷却管道的方式,确保模具的冷却效果。实践证明,该模具使用效果良好,对企业设计同类注塑模具有一定的借鉴作用。

According to the functional requirements and structural characteristics of a complex cylindrical part,the sidecore pulling injection mold of the product was designed. The center spoke straight gate was adopted in the two-plate injection mold structure with one module one cavity. In order to realize the core pulling action of multi direction,the slider block for lateral core pulling was pulled by the hydraulic force and the angle lifter was used in the movable side core-pulling mechanism. The uniform circle layout of cooling route was designed to ensure the cooling effect of the mold. In practice,it has proved that the use of the mold in production is good,which has the certain reference role to the design of similar injection mold in other enterprises.
