The construction of micro-courses for major of performance in artistic academy can play a role in en-riching the teaching mode, increasing the utilization of teaching resources and improving the educational techniques of teachers.The development of micro-courses can be divided into several aspects, including the analysis of course con-tent and learning object , the study of feasibility , the design of teaching, script writing, post production, publication and so on. Finally, some suggestions on the development of micro-courses for major of performance are given.
