本文从教育主体的视角，通过对兵团区域内所属国家示范性高等职业院校学生的自主文化娱乐状况进行问卷调查，并根据数据结果分析当前学生自主文化娱乐的行为特点及影响其综合素养自我提高的个性品质和人格特征，探究解决问题的对策，为提升兵团现代职业教育质量、促进学生全面发展提供相应参考。
本文從教育主體的視角，通過對兵糰區域內所屬國傢示範性高等職業院校學生的自主文化娛樂狀況進行問捲調查，併根據數據結果分析噹前學生自主文化娛樂的行為特點及影響其綜閤素養自我提高的箇性品質和人格特徵，探究解決問題的對策，為提升兵糰現代職業教育質量、促進學生全麵髮展提供相應參攷。
본문종교육주체적시각，통과대병단구역내소속국가시범성고등직업원교학생적자주문화오악상황진행문권조사，병근거수거결과분석당전학생자주문화오악적행위특점급영향기종합소양자아제고적개성품질화인격특정，탐구해결문제적대책，위제승병단현대직업교육질량、촉진학생전면발전제공상응삼고。
From the perspective of the subject of education, this paper carried out a questionnaire survey on students' autonomous entertainment culture in national demonstrative higher vocational colleges with the Corps, analyzed the characteristics of the cur-rent students' autonomous cultural entertainment behaviors, as well as the personal qualities and personality characteristics af-fecting the self-improvement of their comprehensive quality, and explored countermeasures to solve the problems, aiming to pro-vide corresponding references for improving the quality of modern vocational education in the Corps and improving students' com-prehensive development.
